Bait and Switch

I absolutely loved the Pro-Vitamin B5 Smoothing Hair Serum. Therefore, when it came time to reorder, I ordered two to have free shipping and because I loved it so much. However, this second bottle is not the same as the first. First of all, the second bottle has a clear liquid while the first bottle had a tinted yellow liquid that was a little thicker. In addition, this one left my hair looking greasy, as if I had not washed it for weeks. The first bottle made my hair look shiny, healthy, fuller, and smoother. My daughter told me the same thing happened to her - the first bottle was great, but the second one made her hair look greasy. I don't understand why - the ingredient list is exactly the same on the second bottle as it is on the first bottle. There must be some slight change in quantities of some of the ingredients. Now I don't know what to do with these two bottles of this product. I don't want to ever put this in my hair again. What a waste of money! 100% Pure has done this before - sell a product I absolutely love and then get rid of it, to just replace it with an inferior product. Except for the caffeine eye cream, I barely buy from 100% Pure anymore for this reason. I have also stopped recommending 100% Pure to others because I can no longer trust 100% Pure. By the way, this is the first product review I have ever written in my life. Just to let you know, I am a woman with long hair.

Amazing Hair Oil

This is a very nice light weight oil keeps the hair smooth and moist without weighing it down. Definitely would buy this again.

Works Well But Spills

This serum helps smooth my hair. I use daily and it doesn't make my hair oily. However, the lid on the bottle keeps coming unscrewed despite tightening it. Because the serum is sticky it makes a mess in my drawer. It is also unfortunate to lose some of the product due to the price of it.
