Vanilla Bean Hand Buttercream

This is not the same formula as it used to be. Smells awful Update: they did refund me, which i appreciate now gave them 3 stars for their customer service

Don't try to fix what's not broken

The formula on this hand cream (and apparently all the hand creams) recently changed. The vanilla in particular went from being my favorite to something I won't even use. The old formula was not only a perfect moisturizer, it was like a little hit of therapy every time I used it. I never even bought other lotions. The smell of this new one is tart, not really anything like vanilla, not pleasant. I am not sure if it still works as a moisturizer because I can't stand the smell of it. I'm very disappointed and can't understand why the company would make this change. Particularly when customers come back to a company again and again because they trust the quality of the product, when you receive an order for something you've habituated into your life and it's no longer the same product... honestly, it makes me hesitant to buy other things I typically get from 100% Pure. Who knows what it will be like when it's delivered! Anyway, this was the main thing I bought from this company. I may just try to source other products that I can trust won't change after I've become dependent on them.

Consistency is important

It's been a few years since I've purchased the Vanilla Bean Hand Buttercream that I fell in love with. I was so excited and decided to splurge tor a gift to myself. The scent and consistency are different than my initial purchase and I am disappointed.
