I love this band for the handles, and the feel of it, so much more balanced than regular stretch band! And the color is beautiful :-).

Reached out after I couldn’t find examples of the exercises Gotten right back to and my issue was resolved. Great product.

The two bands I ordered (white & green)seem good, but I don’t know how to use them for myofacial release, which I really need. The community site is okay but there’s no info there, just messages. I didn’t want to be a ‘member’ I jusr wanted to be able to know how to specifically use the bands out of the box. A written guide included with the bands I would have been nice. I’m tired of ‘online guides’ that don’t give me information. Knocked off stars because of the forced ‘community’ and lack of immediately useful information.
