Great taste and texture. Great to find a clean "bread" alternative to mass produced breads full of unhealthy ingredients.

A friend of mine recently introduced me to AWG Bakery, seeing as I’ve been a longtime vegan/gf peep with a bent on delicious and nutritious - and OMG, does AWG hit the ball outta the park! I was so excited I just had to try all the flavours and styles on offer, so I opted for the ‘Knead my loaves and Minis’ pack, along with the blueberry bagels and cinnaraisin bagels, that combo scooped it all up. I love the consistency (no seeing the light if you hold it skyward here), it’s dense but not heavy and bulky, and even a thin slice is satiating. I used to bake my own bread, but not now I know this bakery has all these great flavours that I could never master, I’m not going back! With such an array of sweet-ish, original and savoury options, you have absolutely every kinda of topping you can think of covered (or bottomed in this case). I have my husband hooked too, he’s more of a butter and jam on bread kinda guy, whereas I lean more to the savoury, but he’s been enjoying the taste and heft of each flavour as well. We even bought a standalone freezer so we could accommodate the order, we are THAT excited in a well-made vegan grain free bread! The ordering process is super streamlined and we’ve found the best Stasher bags for loaves are the Mega, and the best size of Stasher for the mini’s is the 6 cup. Just give it a go, you will not be disappointed. Oh, and don’t forget to slice it before you pop it in the freezer ;-)
