Honeybalm Honey

For some reason it takes awhile for them to process orders and deliver. For me me anywhere from 10 days to 2 weeks. Cusomer service almost none existent. Hard to reach by phone or email. They did finally refund me an order after about a month of telling them I did not receive their order. I almost did not order again except they had a balm I wanted. If and when you get their products not bad products. Their products are expensive, wait till they have a sale on them then the cost is reasonable. Do to customer service, cost and length of delivery, unless there is a product I really want to try, I will probably not order again.

Beware this company is not bee balm. This company is a knock off and not even the same. I threw it away as they package bee balm company the same to deceive you that it's been balm company. I threw it away as it was not the same and felt like cheap lip balm over the counter . Nothing special
