Lectric XP4 eBike

We love our Lectric e-bikes!

After visiting the Current Riders store, I knew I had to get a bike for our life in MI! We were with some friends who already had one set of e-bikes for FL and were ordering another set for their other home. They totallly trusted Brian and Michelle, so we decided to order our e-bikes from them and planned to assemble them ourselves. What a smart choice! The bikes arrived in great condition and were so easy to assemble and charge. (Brian had sent us a video earlier so we watched it and were so ready for the boxes to arrive!) My husband and I thoroughly enjoy each ride and are so glad we chose Current Riders!

We were staying in Fort Myers Beach in February, where there are lots of e-bikes. We purchased a cheap set to ride off Market Place, only to discover the batteries were tired (7-mile range). We sold those towards the end of the trip and stopped by Current Riders to test-ride the new XP4s from Lectric. The staff there was excellent and pointed out all the improvements in the 4 vs the 3.0, which was significant. Our issue was that we live in Mobile, AL, where there seems to be minimal support for e-bikes, and we wanted to make sure we would have a company we could reach out to if we had issues. So we decided to purchase from Current Riders and have the bikes dropped shipped to our house. They (2) showed up in a week as expected. However, when we assembled, a few issues arose. Derailer switch not functioning properly, tire inflation, and a misaligned kickstand. We contacted Current Riders, and they explained the fix for the first 2 items, which I was able to correct in 5 minutes. They are having a new kickstand sent to me so I can install it to replace the defective one. Their expertise and quick response time in solving issues are why we decided to buy from an expert vs. a generic online. What could have been a long, bad experience was just a minor tweak. Great place to do business. We are from Ohio, but bought our Ebike here due to there extensive knowledge of the Lectric Brand bikes that they sold.. They take the time to explain things and are very personable owners. Enjoy the ride..
