Unique and original but pleasant and a little addicting
I absolutely love your fermented products. This particular blend of sauerkraut had the perfect level of effervescence and tanginess. A good crunch. Perfect.

Interesting and refreshing change
Excellent flavor profile. love the use of thyme instead of fennel. Seems to be rather active. Bags are pumped up tight. Taste is great
