Kayak and Canoe Plastic Welder

This was the first time I used a PE welder. I was able to successfully repair a kayak hull leak. It was easy to use and produced a professional looking repair.

Used it to weld a huge crack in an HDPE wheelbarrow tub where epoxy didn't work. Seemed to work really good but not enough use of the wheelbarrow yet to know if its a long term fix. It looks as though it molded it back together quite well. Also welded a crack in a HDPE RV fresh water tank. No more leak, but again not enough use to say if its a long term fix as there is quite a bit of flexing of the tank.

Wasn’t sure what to expect - first time doing this. Repaired 2 longitudinal cracks in the keel of my beavertail stealth 2000. Was very easy to do. And did not leak. I have no reason to suspect that it won’t last.
