Excellent quality lip balm and stellar customer service!

I absolutely loved the texture, the scent, the moisturizing performance, the customer service, & the great deal for the money! The only negative, which is no fault of Lady May’s was the USPS shipping time. It took 9 days to arrive and the cold packs had completely melted. The lip balm was not melted though and still in perfect condition. You may want to consider changing shipping partners as the service and ship times from USPS has declined worse and worse the past year. They are never on time and always have excuse after excuse. I will still order from Lady May, the USPS Issue is just a suggestion that may help your biz in the long term. Overall I absolutely love your company and the products! My friend will be ordering soon as well, as I unboxed my order on video for her and she is sold! Thank you for your wonderful products & service.
