The product is fantastic but the one thing that let the company down was there very slow time frame for dispatching the product . There was no communication from their end with updates of any delays and it took 2 weeks to get the product.

Good - not quite as “dense” as expected. I upgraded to the 10cm and expected it to be a bit “thicker”. But its still okay. Definitely helps with mattress comfort.

Was going to replace our king mattress and decided to try this first. Best decision 👏. Its just so comfortable 😌 👌
