Love it Sizing could’ve been bigger, but there was no other option at time of purchase. Comfortable to walk/sit and even habe a nanna’s nap on. I also did my daily floor exerciseson it this morning Very happy

I love the comfort of the muscle mat but disappointed in the size love the 4 metre lenght but the 2 metre width is smaller than a average mat by at least half a metre so you should make 2 1/2 metre by 4 metre or 3 metre by 4 metre
