Relax Mat - Soft Touch Tatami Mat

I’ve actually slept on my muscle mat a few nights (with a baby who hates sleep and sometimes refuses to sleep in a bed) and it’s actually been very comfortable. My back feels great afterwards which is a bonus!

Absolutely love our muscle mat, we had the dove grey and have now swapped out for the charcoal grey! Both mats amazing, soft, comfortable and stain resistant so perfect for kids!

Absolutely love it. Used it for my breathwork clients, and now use it on top of our mattress in our camper van. I dont wake up in pain of a morning since putting this on the mattress yay
