The product arrived and looks great, unfortunatly our one fur babys was put to sleep suddenly after the order, and our other pinned for him and was put to sleep within 10 days, the cooling blanket arrived the following day. I took them both to the dogs trust. So hopefully they'll get the benefit

What a load of rubbish, paid £65 for something that i could of got for £10 from a local market. Wasnt worth the money or the wait, stay well clear of this, disgraceful and disappointed

Really bad quality.... I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product, especially for the price. It does not perform as advertised and does not provide any noticeable cooling effect for my dog. In the process of returning ... if at all possible! Please do not waste your money!!
