Yuzu Matcha Kukicha

Earthy, tart, and worth a careful brew

I got a little too excited with this one and accidentally burned my first batch, so my first attempt was entirely my fault. Once I treated it more gently and made it as a cold brew, I enjoyed it much more. It had an earthy, tart brightness that felt refreshing and unique, especially with the yuzu coming through. I personally loved the Genmaicha more, but this was still a really enjoyable and interesting tea. 4.8/5 for me.

The yuzu makes this one so bright and delightful! Can definitely see myself drinking this one all spring and summer

This is so much better than another yuzu I tried. I can taste it in this one.
