Dr. Shah's Nightly Routine

Great Start!

I had been bringing some Remedy products into my routine but needed a cleanse that would help with sebaceous filaments and I wanted to try the cleansing balm and moisturizer. This is a great routine. I am 76 so the aging thing makes more sense for me than it does for Dr Shah but all in all I love all of these products. For myself I alternate the healthy aging serum with the dark spot serum each night. I also alternate the vitamin C serum with Ordinary Azelaic acid in the daytime as recommended in one of the Doctorly videos about rosacea. My skin is very smooth and the dark spot issues are gone. I don't seem to need the metrogel I have used for many years for rosacea. Remedy has excellent products at a very reasonable price. If they start making sunscreen and Azelaic acid I'll be all Remedy all the time!

Nightly routine

I just starting using remedy and so far soo good! The only thing i would love them to change is to make a larger moisturizer due to using twice a day. Thanks for making great products for mature skin and that does not break the bank at the same time.

Finally Something That Works
