Pepper (Hot) - Holiday Marbles 🔥 seeds

No luck in germinating seedss.

This is my second order of several different pepper seeds this year and have had no luck germinating them. Don't know what is wrong. Have no problems with other seed in same soil mix and grown in a greenhouse. I am a 30yr nursery professional(retired) and also a Master Gardner and certified La Nurseryman. Any help will be appreciated.
