Kaleidoscope Mahjong Tiles

product is completely damaged there is a snowflake on the bottom of the three crack the other cracks are missing paint and the backs of the tiles are all scratched this is nowhere near the quality of oh my mahjong tiles. I understand them being final sale but I'm expecting them to be final sale quality tiles not damaged I have requested a refund and I'm waiting to hear back
