Wooden Mahjong Rack & Pusher Set

Disappointing. Warped.

I was very excited to receive these racks. The color is wonderful BUT…the pushers do not stay attached and seem to be warped on all FOUR racks. I have reached out to the chat feature of the company and was told to send an email with a description of my problem. I did this two days ago and included pictures. I have yet to hear back from the company and wish there was someone to talk to. I’m quite disappointed because I’ve heard many good things about the products. Yet very little customer service.

The walnut racks are beautiful! They go with everything, and the velvet carry bag is also very nice. I’ve had many compliments on the racks.

These are beautiful! They came quickly in perfect condition. I love the walnut because its neutral without being boring. I didn’t want to buy different racks for every tile and mat color. People commented about the rack magnets not holding tight enough. They could hold better but i don’t want the hold to be so strong that the rack jolts when i disconnect them. They stay on when the rack is in use and detach easily. Its fine as is.
