The online service and product was good. However, I bought a set from a boutique and the owner said it did not come with a tile guide or dice. I contacted the manufacturer and they said I could buy them from their store. Customer service would have been to just send me $10 of their merchandise for goodwill. I understand it may not have been their fault but had I been the manufacturer I would have extended a little better service.
