Flowgu (Protohype Size)

i love this flow rope! this is my first time and i wanted something that weighed more for a good workout. this thing definitely gets my muscles working and blood flowing. it’s also perfect for a slow meditative flow. i recently ordered a starter rope because i want one i can flow fast with and do more trick moves
