Great product! The salmon have a subtle smoky aroma, with a rich, buttery texture and plenty of fat. However, the seasoning leans a bit too salty for my taste.

I’ve had cold smoked salmon bellies before. I’ve never had them juicy and the texture of raw before. Not what I was anticipating. Quite the let down. I gave it away to a friend that eats sushi alot, she loves them, but I will not buy again.
