My 16 year old volleyball daughter went down with a bad ankle sprain, and we went through a number of braces. Everything from bulky to basic, with mixed results. Decided to give Betterguard 3.0 a try and she absolutely loved it. Snug, comfortable, and supportive. She wears it to every practice and match now despite being fully healed. And when my younger daughter tweaked her ankle a week before a tournament, we didn’t mess around and when right to one for her.

It took a bit to get the right fit and fine the right guard. We tried the Lites but the size just wasn't right. Then I ordered the size up of the Lite and the 3.0 and just as they arrived, her foot grew and we needed to find all new tennis shoes. We finally found the best combo of shoe, grip sock, and the betterguard 3.0. I feel better knowing that my daughter is more protected, and it seems like the compression sleeve gives her better mobility without causing her to lose strength like other more rigid braces. She's only worn them a couple of times now, but I hope they last her a long time.
