Ace Water - Matte Black

Not a great experience

I properly measured my head with a tape measure and followed the size chart before purchasing this helmet. It arrived in a timely manner but it was a bit too large. I attempted to contact Protec via the contact section of their website to return the helmet. I sent messages twice over the past almost three weeks with no answer. I even explained in the email I wanted to purchase one of their Wave helmets since it has a liner in it and would probably fit a lot better. I actually made a separate purchase of the Wave and that helmet it working great for what I need but I'm just disappointed I'm still giving them my business and they fail to respond about this helmet I haven't used or need.

Fit crew member great, allows room for headset!
