Shipping Delay, lack of communication

Item was not sent to UPS until 5 days after purchase when I paid for 2nd day shipping due to urgent need. Was not close to arriving on time and no warning of this shipment delay until order was placed, and ignored email requests to cancel order. Poor customer experience.

The XXL fits my giant head...

One of the few helmets that will actually fit my oddly shaped giant cesarian sized head (64cm). The foam does seem frightfully thin though and there's no fancy suspension to adjust. A better-than-nothing bucket for sure for the $$$.
