won me over
i was skeptical about the number of positive reviews on this site, but i am kind of floored with the actual product. i initially measured my ankle at about 11", which later wound up being a mistake. the fit was so tight initially that i re-measured, and found out i am actually at 12". after looking up the sizing again and determining that i was right on the cusp between m and l, i decided to see if it would stretch out a little bit before ordering up a size. i could tell it loosened up a bit after putting it on and taking it off a few times. even though it was a little tight, i could tell the fit was way different than the walgreens ankle compression sleeve i had been using for the last two years. i wore the old bones sleeve at work the next day for about 9 hours, half of which i spent standing, and never felt the compulsion to take it off for a break like the other sleeve. i wasn't totally pain free, but the difference was still staggering, and there was none of the usual swelling. in the evening the ankle felt weird, maybe just because it was recalibrating and the circulation changed again after removing it. this morning it feels great. i almost forgot it was injured. getting it on and off is ten times easier and i probably won't size up.

So far so good. I have an older set that I love even though the reglued silicones came unglued again. The new version seems to be holding up much better. Ive wore them few times now with no issues. My ankles are kinda junk so I wear one on each, I never skate without them. Insoles also. Highly recommended.
