Excellent Tallow!

Fantastic product!! with an excellent scent Gos on light with no greasy feel and absorbs quickly, a little go’s a long way. Best tallow product I’ve used.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Their customer service is horrible. I have emailed Lady May at least 5 times. I have not received a single response. My issue was wanting to stop my subscription. I attempted to cancel my subscription via the website and was unable. I emailed Lady May requesting they stop my subscription. I did receive a reply advising my subscription was stopped. Unfortunately, I received a 2nd jar of their product. I have emailed multiple times asking they confirm my subscription is cancelled, to refund the cost of the 2nd jar and to email a RMA so I can return the unopened jar of their product. I do not recommend this company at all. It appears all they care about is your money. They are unresponsive. Do NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. There are numerous companies that sale beef tallow. Order beef tallow from a different company. This is one of the worse, most unprofessional companies I have experienced. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
