B Complex-Methylated

I have this capsule everyday. It helps my mood, my energy, a great little power packed start to the day. It has the widest variety of Vit B’s I’ve seen. I’m just about to get a bottle for a family member to try. I would definitely recommend this.

My mood and sense of humour has lifted considerably. I take methylated B , the Mineral Complex and omega 3. ( also a bit C from a different brand)

It can only get better, I feel a change in mood. Also like that there are no fillers, thank you.
