Transaction was seamless and very quick ship. Even though UPS did not deliver on original date ( supposed to deliver on a Friday but delivered Monday) product was still cool on delivery. E mailed concern and received prompt reply. Cheese arrived and was in perfect condition - packaging was excellent. Loved the Grana Padano - excellent quality and would recommend to anyone.
