First Truman Cap Toe Boot

Good looking boot. It will be interesting to see how it ages. Specifically, what the nap looks like once the heavy wax begins to wear off. I have 3 other pair of Truman boots (2 on the casual last and 1 formal last). These are my first cap toe. Interestingly, although these are also on the casual 79 last, the initial fit is slightly different (less volume in the toe box) compared to the 79 last plain toe boots.

Another fantastic pair of boots from Truman. The casual (79) last fits me very well and the quality that comes from their Eugene OR facility is top notch. The leather from Seidel is terrific and they will develop amazing patina as I wear them in. Stitching and finishing is flawless and I truly look forward to picking up more in different leather and configurations. My compliments to the Truman team for continuing to exceed expectations.

Quality and class…

I’m very impressed with the quality of these boots, as expected, they require some breaking in but that shouldn’t dissuade you from purchasing… Arrived in a timely manner. Top notch!
