The Ultimate Heat Pad Package

I have been using the standard Epiony Heat pads for the past few years and very pleased with them and the results they have on my horses and myself. I have a new horse that is very tight through his neck, back and glutes so I decided to order the Heat Pad Plus bundle so I could use it on his neck, back and quarters at the same time The order was received very quickly. Unfortunately the Heat Pad Plus was faulty so I contacted Epiony. There were very efficient with dealing with my issue and sent a replacement pad out to me very quickly. Excellent Customer Service.
