Hapstone RS Ultra Knife Sharpener

First knife to sharpen was a cheap 440c steel pocket knife. I started with the 325 grit PDT CBN resin bonded stone on my new Hapstone RS Ultra. After just a few strokes I realized just how powerfully aggressive these stones are. I moved to the 650 grit for a few minutes and finished on the 1500 grit of the same PDT stone series. Total time spent on the Hapstone was 15 minutes. These PDT CBN Expert Pro stones are a dream to work with on my new Hapstone RS Ultra guided sharpening system. Screaming sharp blade on the first try! I am already thinking of getting a 3000 grit and 5000 grit stone for a serious mirror finish. I absolutely love my Hapstone!!

I just love my new Hapstone Precision RS Ultra sharpening system. Attached is a picture of me starting off with a Spyderco Endela in K390 steel. This system is a pleasure to use in all aspects of knife sharpening. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Hapstone, for your engineering excellence in creating this precision sharpening system.

This is my 2nd guided fix angled sharpener. This unit is awesome, it is very stiff and hardly has any flex during the sharpening process. I am getting sharper knives and more precise angles with this unit. I strongly recomment it. Charlie
