We've been anticipating the catch for five or more years. The arrival of the fish up here in Vermont is part of our fall ritual and then, well, a welcome sign of spring too. We buy as much as we can afford each fall and spring. It is the best fish ever. I moved back home from Washington state 20 years ago and spent a decade missing great salmon. Then we discovered Bristol Bay. Love to meet the fishing family each year too. Hope to snag a sweatshirt in the spring!
