Package Sucks

I didn't want to do the subscription, but still wanted a years supply. So I ordered 3 packs. They all arrived damaged, but no real issue the customer service is pretty good, and they sent out replacements. But guess what? The packaging still sucked, and they arrived damaged. The issue is the package is too still and rips/tears then the formula spills all over the box during shipment and you receive a pack of dry conditioning cloths. Eventually I got tired of asking for new ones. I was able to get 2 good replacements at the end of this all. My girlfriend loves the product itself, but going to wait for a package update before ordering more.

I really like these wipes, but they keep arriving. the package is always split open and the serum leaks out. I also don’t like how all the serum drips to the bottom in the canister and every time I pull out a wipe it’s too dry.

They are so dry and rough its hard to glide over skin. So then i was like, “oh maybe im supposed to get it wet?” But no, that dint work, it immediately disinigrated. Regular makeup wipes work way better. This does not remove makeup at all. I feel marketing decieved me.
