Easy Upgrade

Sound is great now, Not unlimited power, but plenty for most listening. The DSP software is simple and feature rich but really didn’t use it much once the new Alpine S80c speakers were installed. Installation was simple. I mounted it in the glove box for easy tuning access. The supplied double sided tape would not hold well so I’ll have to figure something else permanent for that. Over all great improvement in sound, but would like to see a higher output plug n play version- like 45 watts rms vs the /25 watts rms- even if separate power and ground wires were required.

Sounds better overall but for me…

3. 5 rating. This is how I hear the charges in sound performance. Boost in overall volume, clarity and is a lot more punch to the sound. There are positives in there but overall to my ears it translates as a little harsh sounding.

Not worth the extra money over 2T3 in my opinion. I had the 2T3 prior to this one. 2T3 is actually a little louder. I measured both on a decibel meter
