That was easy…

It’s awesome. Everything was plug and play and is working great! Keeping all of the stock steering controls, microphone, and backup cam was super important to me, and this was without a doubt easiest way to go. No comparison to the stock head unit. Just better in every way. Being able to flip on the backup cam whenever to check the trailer hitch is pretty neat too. Overall, really happy with it.

Love having Apple CarPlay installed in my truck. Sound quality and ease of use is so much better. Trail grid pro really couldn’t make this easier to install. It took me all of 10 minutes.

Great Upgrade!

I bought my 2017 Tacoma new and have always thought the original head unit was not that great. This Sony head unit is awesome! SO easy to install! This took me 20 minutes to install thanks to the videos and the instructions they sent via email. I’m still trying to figure out a few kinks I’ve run into with HDMI, but all else is great! I got the “factory mic” option and didn’t have to mess with a thing. It was all plug and play (plugged into the head unit ready to go). I wanted a stock look and I’m very happy.
