Night & Day difference from issued pads. Better comfort, airflow and fit. The front pad did delam while adjusting the first FTX but HHV promptly sent a new set without question. Great product, customer service and company.

Definitely worth the upgrade!

Many stock pad systems are good enough to get you out wearing a helmet, but they leave some comfort to be desired, especially if wearing a helmet for an extended period of time. The Comfort Plus Pads are definitely worth the upgrade. They make wearing a helmet much more enjoyable. No more hot-spots, no more headaches, allowing for better mission/training focus.

Honest Review – Great Pads, Underwhelming Packaging

I was really excited to support Hard Head Veterans and had high expectations when I ordered the HHV Comfort PLUS Military Helmet Pads. Unfortunately, my first impression right out of the box was underwhelming. To be clear — the pads themselves are excellent. They’re sleek, very comfortable, and a great value for the price. In terms of actual performance and comfort, I have no complaints. What disappointed me was the presentation. The product arrived in a plain box with the pads loosely packed inside — no instructions, no branding, not even any velcro rounds to help with installation. It just felt like there was very little care or attention to the customer experience. I get that this isn’t a high-ticket item, but a little more effort would’ve gone a long way in making the purchase feel valued. I really wanted to continue supporting HHV in the future, but this has made me think twice. Great gear deserves great presentation — or at least a more thoughtful delivery.
