Lemon Oxygen Can Multi Packs

Yesterday I received my cans of oxygen and today I did my usual one hour workout and then I went on a hour and a half bicycle ride and when I got home. I sit down and just did deep breathing with the can about every third time and it just relaxed me I felt much better. It would be interesting to see if it will do something like help my muscles tomorrow.

Nothing like a 50 mile bike ride and adding extra oxygen. It seems to me that my muscles don’t cramp up as much after the ride.

I like these. I take a puff when I feel like it. Oxygen is very healthy for me. Dave
