Not just zinc. . .
My naturopath suggested I take zinc every night with Vitamin C. When she found out I was taking zinc from Eidon Ionic Minerals, she said, "Oh, that's great!" Nothing negative can ever be said about Eidon. With their articles to help inform us and the wonderful products they have made available to us, I can't see why everyone doesn't indulge in them. They just make sense. I love the education I get every time I get on their website.
