Great quality essential supplements

I have been taking for over a year, started with 1, then 2 and eventually at full dose with 3 softgels a day. I am going through perimenopause and I think this is supporting my skin and brain health. It is a bit pricey for a full dose, but it may be worth the investment, not planning to stop until I find another brand of this high quality.

Amazing product

I absolutely love Rosita cod oil Soft gels! They are so much easier to swallow. I have not tried any other product quite like this one. Obviously the fact that this is raw and fresh is the biggest factor - I am only buying Rosita going forward!
