Mom's Sky - Led Light Frame Personalized Moon Phase

I wanted to like this so much, however, was extremely disappointed! The frame is unstained pine, not black as advertised, the glass slides in from the side and doesn't fit properly, instead of dropping in from the top like advertised, and the worst part is the image isn't even centered on the glass!! I was so excited when I ordered this item and extremely disappointed when I opened it. I gave it 2 stars to be nice, in reality, should have been 1 star 😔

Wife likes it but for the price, its not nice enough. The glass is impossible to clean for a clear look. And the glass easily falls out the side 2-3” if you bump it. Poor quality for $70 and the power cord is way too short. Also, the edges of the glass are really sharp for handling barehanded. Too raw a cut for custom glasswork. Almost forgot, the wood was suppose to be black outlined. It was very light colored wood.

The light switch did not work and I requested a black wood finish and it wasn’t even completed. It was still the normal wood color. It’s almost like they didn’t finish the product. I was really upset because I wanted to get this in time for Mother’s Day when I reached out asking what we could do I was told I could get a refund. While I think that’s great that they gave me a refund I wish they actually finished the product before sending it our. They didn’t redo it and express ship another one which is what would have really been great.
