I don't know what kind of results to expect for this one, as I take a multivitamin regularly. I'll say after doing a little digging myself, this particular vitamin has moreof what men tend to need, and has removed fillers an less useful substances. Grain of salt, as I don't have tangible results to share or describe. Still, I felt no worse for taking it, and felt great taking it in conjunction with the other supplements offered.
