Marine Digest-It Holding Tank Treatment

Works a charm!

I've been using the Marine version of Digest-It since it came out (used the RV version before that). When used as directed, no odors and no pump-out issues despite living aboard and using the heads regularly. A great product and seems to be effective even when we're on a salt water flush.

Great stuff! Glad there's now a formulation that works in both salt and fresh tanks. Only downside is that it foams when shaken. Makes it difficult to be sure everything is well mixed before dispensing. A minor inconvenience for no tank odors and no sludge buildup.

Great Product! Tried the Orange Pods and I'm back!

We've been using Marine Digest-It for several years and it keeps our tanks quite clean and easy to pump-out. Recently we were on a trip and I ran out so bought a container of the Orange Citrus-Pods at Wally-World. I though that they would be great, much easier than measuring out liquid each time. The first few treatments were great, just drop in a pod and it said that it would make the poo smell like oranges! After about a month, I opened the container, and found that I had a mound of orange powder intermixed with globs of goo. Dampness had gotten in and dissolved the pod covers. What a mess! Also when pumping out I noticed that I had a lot of undissolved paper coming out of the tank that I didn't have with the Marine Digest-it. As for making the poo smell like oranges? Not so much! It still smelled like poo! So, back to Marine Digest-it! I whish that Unique would come out with an "Ultra-Concentrate" version in the self measuring bottle for Marine Digest-It like they have for the RV version. It would make using it much easier and reduce storage space on the boat. Great Product, highly recommended!
