I have been trying since Friday, September 11 today is September 15. I’m trying to get a refund and information on how to do a return. I’ve been getting the back-and-forth email runaround and now I’ve had no response… this email below has been my fourth or fifth response and then I have two more after this one. BUYERS BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I have an entire email string back-and-forth with you on why I wanna return this and no one will give me directions and how to return this item. Instead, I am being strong along, and harassed!! I would like information on how I can RETURN the item ASAP and how to get my refund.

Misleading product descriptions make it sound like this pillow actively lifts the neck to provide traction ("air lift technology")...the only actual movement it does is a 3-speed vibration. The "premium carry case" is actually a cheaply made drawstring bag that was already torn upon delivery. The item was shipped in a flimsy plastic bag, providing no protection during transit. Because the "case" is actually a flimsy bag, there will be no protection for the pillow if I want to travel with it. Upon deeper investigation, their worry - free 365 day return policy is a racket, intended to let them keep as much of your money as possible. I would have to pay for shipping to an undisclosed location somewhere in the world and they would deduct an arbitrary restocking fee after inspection... seeing as how they didn't provide a way to protect the pillow during transport, who knows what condition they will determine it to be in after receiving. I should have done more research :-(

Delivery took 3 wks and no updates on the tracking system. Battery doesn’t stay charged for long. One use(15-20minutes) and battery runs out. And when a bit too loud for my liking since you have it close to your ears it gets annoying. Would i buy it again? Definitely NOT!!!
