Nice Poles for Hiking

I’ve been extremely happy with the Black Diamond Pursuit Trekking Poles. They strike an excellent balance between comfort, durability, and reliability on the trail. The ergonomic cork grips are one of my favorite features. They feel natural in my hands, even during long hikes, and the foam extensions make it easy to change hand positions when climbing steep sections. The FlickLock adjustment system is solid and secure—I never had to worry about the poles slipping, even when putting a lot of weight on them during descents. These poles are made of aluminum, so they’re not the lightest option available, but that extra weight gives me confidence in their durability. They’ve handled rocky terrain, uneven trails, and stream crossings without any issues. The included snow baskets are also a nice bonus for year-round adventures. The only downside is that they don’t collapse as compactly as folding poles, which can make packing them into luggage a bit inconvenient. However, for day hikes and backpacking trips, the comfort and dependability more than make up for it. Overall, I highly recommend the Black Diamond Pursuit Trekking Poles to anyone looking for a high-quality pair of hiking poles that are built to last. They’ve become an essential part of my hiking gear, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again.

Perfect poles!

Great bit of kit, lightweight but still feel robust and like they'll last. The nicer clips and grips make a real difference over other models. Best bit is the adjustment tool inside one of the poles, a lifesaver out on the trails.

Exceptional quality

I bought these trekking poles right before a trip to California where I hiked over 40 miles with them. They performed extremely well in a range of conditions and I was very pleased with the build quality of the poles. Additionally, I was impressed with the sustainable cork grips and telescopic extension.
