Light and Bright
Love the retargetable version. Very light and lasts a long time. The only ding is that the charging port is a USB-A instead of the standard USB-C on almost all power banks and phones. Great otherwise.

Great addition to the fleet!
I teach a backcountry travel / skiing class. Seems I always have a student forget their headlamp. I picked this up as spare - just in case. I been using the STORM light for years - it's been my go-to morning run light for years. But I am quite impressed with this Spot. Not quite as bright as the STORM, but it has all the feature I need - rechargeable, long battery life, AND the all-important red light for reading in the tent! Good investment.

Good for camping
Lasted two full nights in the cold and didnt need a single recharge.
