Lightweight Adventure Poles

Upgraded my heavy hiking poles to the Distance Z poles and they are way better. Much lighter and the foldable aspect is super convenient to stow away to my pack. I had a previous version of these that broke on me but they lasted about 8 years and were put to heavy use. I am happy to have them back and think they are worth it!

Amazing poles. Easy to use and put away. Used during a rainy and muddy 50k. Some issues pulling apart when it was muddy and wet but I reckon that’d happen with any poles in those conditions. Performed great!

Game Changer

I previously had a set of trekking poles a friend gave me that, as I like to put it, “worked well enough”. I took these on my last backpacking trip around Rae Lakes in CA (40+ miles & lots of gain), and I realized how big of a difference a truly good set of poles can make. It’s sometimes hard for me to invest in gear, but these are worth it. I used them for most of the trek, but when I did fold them up, it was a very nice convenience. They’re incredibly lightweight, and the fit in my hands was comfortable. I’m a bigger guy at 210 and 6’3”, and these poles were plenty strong enough to support my weight, even on downhills when I was really depending on them. Honestly 10/10, got my wife a set too.
