I've been looking for a hot weather pant with a more tapered leg that I can use for Search and Rescue. I LOVE my 5.11 Stryke pants but they are HOT when the temperature rises and the leg is quite wide at the bottom. I saw these and decided to try them due to the material and look. I have only worn them once, for a trial run, doing a house project. However, it was enough to get a good feel for the pant.
I LOVE the material and they kept me from overheating on a really hot day. There are two things I don't like about them though. They are a bit high waisted and the belly/front crotch area is really baggy. They feel a bit like they took the men's pant and made the belly a bit bigger. If these pants were made with the Stryke design, I'd give them 5+ stars and buy multiple pairs in every color!
