may not be "best" tool for what I was needing it for , I make coffee from a deep rooted Chicory plant and this tool does OK but fails to uproot the deep roots they often break off on me ....I think on standard dandilions it likely works very well , great durable design though should last a long time

The handle is real sturdy, made out of metal. My last one was wood and broke

This is the perfect tool for pulling those pesky hard to pull weeds from my lawn.I'm really Happy I came across this.
