Watch out if you're ordering from Canada

I love Steger Mukluks and bought my first two pairs during the 30 years that I lived in England. No customs charges. Now that I have returned to Canada's icy winters I treated myself to these cute boots. Imagine my dismay when the UPS guy showed up with a COD charge of $167.00. Of course, as the buyer the responsibility to check this was mine, but I hadn't encountered this before, so I didn't know. It would have been a nice touch for Steger to alert Canadian buyers that there will be a hefty customs charge. By FAR the most expensive boots I've ever bought.
