One Bite Wonder

Flake salt & fresh pepper with just a touch of EVO, Sear it on all sides, Pop in the oven at 375 for 4 minutes. Take out and rest lightly covered in a high dome. Slice into strips, lay it out sprinkle with parmesan Reggiano, a twist of pepper. All you need to do from here is take your time and smile. IT IS THAT AMAZING

Couldn't be HAPPIER!

The Denver steak is our family's new favorite. Cooks just like a ribeye with melt-in-your mouth flavor, fat, and tenderness. Honestly, I've found no other steak that compares. One steak is easy enough to share for two adults...and we eat a Carnivore diet of ONLY meat...so that says something. While not huge, these steaks are so filling and worth every penny!!
